⚔️ Rules of Conduct

Smartbig USA Inc. (DBA: Netgame.com)

The Company is dedicated to enforcing these Rules of Conduct for the usage and enjoyment of the Games. The Company has the final decision over what constitutes a violation. Any violation may result in disciplinary actions including account termination and character banishment. Members acknowledge that termination means no refund of any fees paid, and any unused access time, game items, or nCash will be forfeited.

This Rules of Conduct is intended to be read in conjunction with, and does not supersede, the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Basic Rules

  • 1. Do not violate the rights of others or their ability to play and enjoy the Games. Do not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress to other players.
  • 2. Do not post or communicate any private information of other members (name, address, account name, etc.) through the Games or on the Company's Web Sites.
  • 3. Do not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive language.
  • 4. Do not impersonate other persons, including employees, representatives, or hosts of the Company.
  • 5. Do not market, promote, advertise, or solicit anything through the Games or the Company's Web Site.
  • 6. Do not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • 7. Do not arrange exchange or transfer of pirated software or contraband, or use the Games for any illegal purpose.
  • 8. Do not modify any part of member accounts, server files, or client files of the Games or Web Site.
  • 9. Do not organize or participate in any groups within the Games based on racism, religious discrimination, ethnic discrimination, or hate-mongering philosophies.
  • 10. Do not use the Games or Web Site for any activities other than those permitted within the online game society.
  • 11. Do not provide false information or intentionally hide necessary information when registering accounts.
  • 12. Do not upload or transmit any copyrighted content without expressed prior written permission from the author and/or copyright holder.
  • 13. Do not use or exploit any bugs, design errors, or problems in the Games, or communicate the existence of exploitable items to other Members. Report all bugs promptly via customer support at netgame.com.
  • 14. Do not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmission to or from the servers running the Games.
  • 15. Do not create, use, or provide any server emulator or other sites where the Games may be played outside of authorized Web Sites.
  • 16. Do not oppose or fail to follow the instructions of authorized personnel while playing the Games or on the Web Site.
  • 17. Do not engage in disruptive behavior that purposely interferes with the normal flow of gameplay or other Members' enjoyment.
  • 18. Do not share your account or login credentials (ID, Password) with anyone. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access your account. Notify SMARTBIG immediately if you become aware of any breach of security.

19. Use of the Service

You may use the Service solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes by accessing it with the official client. You may not use the Service for any other purpose or via any other method.

20. Suspension / Cancellation

SMARTBIG MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, OR MODIFY YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT WARNING. You may cancel your access at any time by following the instructions at www.netgame.com. SMARTBIG may stop offering and/or supporting the Service at any time.

21. Updated Agreement

SMARTBIG will update this Agreement as the law and the Service evolve. This Agreement will terminate immediately upon introduction of a new version, and you will be given an opportunity to review and accept the new agreement. Refusal to accept the new agreement means you will no longer be permitted to use the Service.

22. Changes in Service

SMARTBIG may discontinue, modify, suspend, or change any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability. You have no monetary or other interest in any feature or content of the Service. If you do not agree to any portion of the current Rules of Conduct or any SMARTBIG policy, you must immediately stop using the Service.

23. Cash Trade

SMARTBIG does not support cash trade and will not be able to assist if any problem occurs during such transactions. Cash trades are categorized as "unsupported transactions" — SMARTBIG takes no responsibility for the outcome. SMARTBIG may give penalties to players given the circumstances.

24. Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all actions on their account. SMARTBIG takes no responsibility for any outcome when you share or trade your account and experience harmful activities. It is the player's responsibility to protect their account information.

25. Account & Data Recovery

SMARTBIG cannot recover lost data for accounts inactive for more than 1 year. Inactive accounts may be defaulted. Report losses as soon as possible after they occur.

  • i) Items lost due to player mistake (sold to NPC, disconnection, wrong button, etc.) may be recovered one time only, given the circumstances. Frequent occurrences will not be supported.
  • ii) Deleted characters cannot be recovered after a period of 1 month. Even if recovered, SMARTBIG takes no responsibility for lost in-game data (points, status, pets, etc.).
  • iii) SMARTBIG does not acknowledge in-game failing enhancements or enchantments, and takes no responsibility for outcomes unless a system error or data corruption rollback occurred.
  • iv) Scammed or hacked items must be reported within 7 days of the incident, with full and accurate details. SMARTBIG will not investigate if the time period has been exceeded or if account sharing with another player is confirmed.
  • v) Items lost via one-way direct trade are considered "Unsupported Transactions" and cannot be recovered, as management can only determine the situation through log history. SMARTBIG highly recommends against such trades. Screenshot evidence of conversations and trade history may assist investigation.
  • vi) SMARTBIG does not acknowledge Account Trading and takes no responsibility for outcomes. Traded account users will not receive any support services.
  • vii) You must register your real name as the policy ID. SMARTBIG will not provide assistance if you cannot prove rightful ownership due to a wrong or fake name registration.

26. Restrictions and Conditions of Use

You agree that you will not:

  • i) Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.
  • ii) Use the Service for any commercial purpose or in any way not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
  • iii) Obtain or attempt to obtain any information from the Service using unauthorized methods or programs.
  • iv) Intercept, examine, or observe any proprietary communications protocol using network analyzers, packet sniffers, or similar devices.
  • v) Facilitate, create, or maintain any unauthorized connection to the Service.
  • vi) Disrupt or assist in the disruption of any computer or network resource used to support the Service.
  • vii) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other players' accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
  • viii) Spam — including refusing to accept management judgement or sending tickets repeatedly.

27. In-Game Activities

  • i) Cheating: Using third-party programs to automate gameplay, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating and will result in immediate action. Scamming, account sharing, and anything that degrades the gaming experience will receive appropriate penalties.
  • ii) Behavior: Behavior that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment — including harassment, racism, insults, sexual verbal insults, or insulting SMARTBIG's image — is unacceptable. Violations will result in account and gameplay restrictions.
  • iii) Impersonation: Impersonating others, especially GMs, can lead to penalties. SMARTBIG Management Team does NOT ask for your personal information under any circumstances. Do not give away your personal information to others.
  • iv) Hacking: Hacking other players' accounts (key logging, scamming, impersonating, account sharing, etc.) will lead to permanent suspension.
  • v) Illegal nCash: Charging nCash through illegal means can lead to penalties.
  • vi) Advertising: Advertising unknown sites in-game can lead to a permanent ban.
  • vii) False Reports: Falsely reporting another player with the sole intent of restricting their gameplay is unacceptable and will result in penalties to your account.
  • viii) Spamming: Spamming — including refusing to accept management judgement or sending tickets repeatedly — can lead to penalties.
